Easter Island – First Impressions

I am writing a short quick post as I don’t have time to write but I really feel like I need to share a little about my day with you.

The flight from Santiago, Chile to Easter Island is about 5 hours and there is a two hour time difference so you don’t feel like you have lost a day traveling like getting to other places. It is beautiful here. This remote little island is amazing!
It is mysterious, tropical, and tranquil.

I am staying in Hanga Roa at a great little resort and spa. We are staying right on the shore. It’s like a little dream holiday. When I first got here we headed out for a walk after checking in. We walked for hours! It’s a tiny place but there is so much to see and it is beautiful to walk along the shore.
